What we collect, and what we do with it.

Groundproof is a small, veteran-owned business in Luther, Montana. We keep data collection to what we need to quote your job, do the work, and run this site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Information you give us

When you send a quote request or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the property address, and the details you share about the job. We use it to reply to you, prepare a written quote, schedule and deliver the work, and keep an ordinary business record of our dealings with you.

Information collected automatically

This site uses HubSpot analytics to understand how the site is used, which pages are visited, and where visitors come from. HubSpot sets cookies in your browser to do this. Your browser also sends standard information such as your IP address, device, and referring page. We use this to improve the site and to connect a quote request to the pages that led to it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

Services that help run this site

  • HubSpot receives your quote-request details and stores them in our customer records, and provides the site analytics described above.
  • Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site and helps keep it secure.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces the site uses; loading them involves a request to Google.
  • Matterport hosts the 3D walkthroughs. A walkthrough loads only after you choose to open it, and viewing it involves a request to Matterport.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy terms. We share only what the service needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business, tax, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] or call 307-690-7536 and a person will handle it.

Children

This is a business-to-business and property-services site. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
